11 Days to Go!

As of today, Micah has only 11 more days of Basic Training. On October 31st, he gets to leave the base and stay in the local town/city of Columbus, GA for a 36-hour leave. After the leave he heads straight in AIT (Advanced Infantry Training). His AIT is 11B, Infrantyman. After completing AIT, we can fly down and see him graduate on December 5th. We will leave December 3rd, get a family day with him December 4th, and then watch the graduation ceremony December 5th. We are not completely sure when he can come home after that for Christmas break, but he WILL be home for Christmas, and hopefully the birth of Baby Anna (Expected January 6th)! Then, sometime in December or January, Micah will start Airborne training which lasts for a month.  It has been over two months now since Micah left on August 14th, and we only have about 43 days to go until we can fly down and see him! The boys and I can't wait to see him and hug him!!!!
