It was a 22 hour drive, not including stops, but we made it in about 26 hours; driving through the night. The kids did great! We went up north for the wedding and then Micah had to fly back to NC the day after the wedding for more Army training. Micah did get to see his side of the family, but briefly. And we did get to see our church family, but again, briefly.
The kids and I stayed up in MN for another one week and two days. It was fun! Then we packed the van up and drove back to NC, this time with the help of my dad! We took it a little slower going back, but not by much! We actually stopped at a hotel to sleep for the night on the way back. We made it home to NC in about 1 1/2 days.
I'll post some pictures of the highlights of the trip!
