Lady is our newest addition to our family. She is a mixed bloodhound/black lab. She is a sweet girl. We have had her for about a month or so. In just a few weeks time, she learned her name, sit, stay, come, lay down, to walk with a loose leash, to "heel", and to get a ball and bring it back and drop it. She is smart, but stubborn. We love her and she loves to be loved. She is doing well going to the bathroom outside but sometimes I miss her cues, and she has an accident. She has grown so much already since we got her four weeks ago. The first two pics are the first night we got her.

She is getting big...fast! She is suppose to be around 80lbs. full grown. She just got spayed last Tuesday. The first week was crazy! It was like having a newborn again. But, it quickly became normal and routine for all of us. Malachi and Zach help a lot- Malachi especially. We are training pretty rigorously now, so she will be a great family member for the years to come. Lady will be great company for me, and (I hope) a sense of security, when Micah is deployed and the kids are asleep and it's quiet and late. We are happy to have Lady a part of our family!
